WooCommerce is built for retail. Selling to trade customers means prices that depend on who is logged in, orders that start as a quote, and parts of the catalogue hidden from the public. These plugins add those pieces one at a time, and they are tested together.
Wholesale and Role-Based Pricing gives each customer role its own discounts or fixed prices, with a signup form you approve, minimum orders and tax exemption. Request a Quote lets customers send a list of products for pricing; you set the prices in the normal order editor and they accept and pay online. Catalog Mode turns off buying for everyone or for guests only, with an enquiry button instead. Product Visibility by Role and Country hides products from grids, search, links and the cart for customers who should not see them.
Combine them for a full B2B setup: catalog mode for guests, wholesale prices for approved accounts, quotes for large orders, and a trade-only range that retail customers never see.
Common questions
Can guests see prices while trade customers buy?
Yes. Catalog Mode for guests hides buying and, if you like, prices; approved wholesale customers log in and see their prices and the add-to-cart buttons.
How do quotes work?
Customers add products to a quote list and send it. It becomes an order with a quote status, you price it in the order editor, and the customer accepts and pays online or by clicking Accept.
Can I keep some products wholesale-only?
Yes, either as wholesale-only products in Wholesale Pricing or with a visibility rule by role or country in Product Visibility.
