Stop refreshing the orders screen. Slack, Telegram and Discord Order Notifications for WooCommerce posts a message to your team chat the moment something happens in your store.
Each new order message shows the order number, total, customer, payment method, status, shipping method and the items, and links to the order in WooCommerce. Stock alerts show the product, its stock and SKU.

- One channel: a Slack channel, a Discord channel or a Telegram chat.
- New order alerts, sent once per order when it is placed (paid, or awaiting bank transfer or cash on delivery).
- Low stock and out of stock alerts, using WooCommerce's own thresholds.
- Sent in the background, so checkout is never slowed down.
- Automatic retry when the chat service is busy or down.
- "Send test" button and a log of the last 50 deliveries with any error the service returned.
- Webhook URLs and bot tokens are masked after saving.

Upload the plugin to

Go to WooCommerce > Order Alerts, add a channel and click "Send test".

How do I get a Slack webhook URL?
In Slack, add the "Incoming Webhooks" app, choose the channel, and copy the Webhook URL.
How do I get a Discord webhook URL?
In Discord, open Server Settings > Integrations > Webhooks, create a webhook for a channel and copy its URL.
How do I connect Telegram?
Create a bot with @BotFather and copy its token. Add the bot to your group, send any message, then open https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/getUpdates and copy the chat id. Group ids start with -100.
Will I get the same order twice?
No. Each order is announced once. Later status changes are separate, optional Pro alerts.
What data leaves my site?
Only the message itself: order number, totals, customer name, payment and shipping method, and item names, sent to the chat service you configure. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
